Still No Improvement
I kept hoping that with new owners, Puritan Pride would solve the constant OS problem. Didn't happen.
The only thing that's increased is the amount of spam. And when I tried to unsubscribe, Puritans Pride conveniently "detected an error" and were unable to unsubscribe me from future emails.
The only error is that I was stupid enough to keep trying to order from them. Hopefully, I've learned my lesson.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH PURITANS PRIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONLY THING I HAD TO GO ON MY PHONE TO GET YOUR NUMBER.
IT TOOK AWHILE BEFORE I WAS CONNECTED TO A REAL PERSON. THE ITEM I WANTED HAS BEEN OUT OF STOCK FOR A LONG TIME. REP SAID SHE WOULD EMAIL ME WHEN IT COMES IN.

No products left to buy
Can't get the Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium I like. Has been oos for many months now.
Don't have the Saw Palmetto anymore. They keep running out of product and not replacing it. This is a dangerous sign of going out of business. In the process of finding a quality replacement.
They used to be great! No they are TERRIBLE

Been a loyal customer for years. Recently, they've been out of stock on the majority of supplements I order. I request notification when in stock and nothing happens. Are they going out of business?
Would be nice if company let customers know what's their status. If they're not replenishing stock say so.
Don't let people think they will get in new stock when they won't. People that rely on supplements can look elsewhere.

Lack of product
I have used PP for at least 20 years and love their products. For about the last year they are always out of the products I love.
Is this temporary or are they going out of business.
Please let us know if we will have to start looking for other sources. Very disappointed in such a fine company.

I have used this company for years and I have never had a problem. Something must have happened because I noticed a lot of people are having problems with them.
They did not notify me why they have not shipped my order, and calling customer service didn't make any difference.
I'm wondering if I can cancel the order and get my money back and use some other company. Evidently this company is failing.

Great company no more
nobeen buying from them for 25 years - always had good prices and products. apparently they have been bought by an overseas company and now the webiste says they have decided to discontinue the puritan pride vitamin program.

A once "great" company has veered off into the ditch!
All items were ordered, were said to be "in stock" at time of order. Estimated delivery 3/9-3/13.
Over a week and order is STILL pending. I called and spoke with a rep who stated order was pending "out of stock items".
Rather than shipping "instock items" the whole order just sat with no notification/email of status. Rep said order would be expedited within 24 to 48 hours.
Two days later, items are STILL pending. Called again only to be told the same thing.
The company's management and customer service had declined TREMENDOUSLY!
THIS will be my LAST order with them after MANY years of being a patron!

Out of Stock ...are then closing down
I've shopped at their site for over 25 years. Since 11/2023 more thane half of my regular items are out of stock.
Anyone know if Puritas Pride is shutting down? Are they being bought out?
Preferred solution: Service. I want to purchase my regular items
My order was accepted sixteen days ago. I have called them six times.
Each time they told me the three items were in stock and would be shipped that day.
This is my last call to them. If the order does not come, I will not order from them again.

Lack of products.
There is nothing to resolve. I tried to place an order with them and they had none of the 5 products that I had requested. Then, to add insult to injury, I got a catalog in the mail advertising their "blowout sale." I think I will stop doing business with them, sadly.
I also wanted to purchase L-Taurine, collagen, magnesium and a few other supplements.
I was told that they were all out of all of them.
I told the customer service representative that I was very disappointed with this company. I asked how they expect to stay in business with nothing to sell!

I have been waiting for months for products they say are on "backorder". I too am beginning to wonder if they are in fact going out of business which will make me a little upset because I have been a customer for literally decades.
They are telling me they will "notify" me when they have them.
Take a look! There are dozens of multi-vites "currently out of stock".

IS REMAKING THEM AS LESSER-INFERIOR
PRODUCTS TO SELL TO US CHARGING SAME OR MORE MONEY.
NOTHING BUT GREED TO CORPS - AND INFERIOR ITEMS TO US.

Some of their out of stock vitamins are on Amazon for twice the price! This is terrible.
finding the same problem :out of stock seems to be the new phrase.
I totally agree it's sad used to be a great company I believe they (Puritan's Pride) might be going out of business!
