Ordered Protein powder on May 7, 2023. No sign of it.
I usually order supplements twice a month from Puritan. Long time customer who is now.looking elsewhere for similar products.
Once I leave I will not return. Obvious you dont need my business.

Where's my order?
Never received my order! I already have called once before and they promised I would get it in a few days.
Its been over a week since my first order its been three weeks! Not a happy customer!!

Referred to pet site that charges $95 for information! Looked up online while waiting and found it was not toxic.

I wish to reorderwith a different credit card. My last orders charge was declined please help me reorder with a different, valid credit card
Great customer service
This is the 3rd time I have had to call in my order. For some reason, the website will not accept my credit card n yet it is accepted when I call in my order.
Not sure what is going on, but at least I was able to order the products I wanted. Thank you for your excellent prices n service.

Thank you for the quality of your products and the excellent service you provide to your customers.
This is in reference to order # 005702**** dated 12/19/2022, for the amount of US$276.66. Customer# 144625****, sold to Victor Zapata at 6811 Maple Springs, San Antonio, TX 78249.
The ordered items were received satisfactorily with the exception of 2 small 2 oz bottles of liquid vitamins B12, items # 18187, whose part of the content came spilled inside the shipping box.
So I am requesting the sending of a "return ticket" to return those 2 damaged items. Their return policy clarifies that damaged items must be returned within 90 days and the purchase is made within that limit.
I greatly appreciate your business and am sorry for this inconvenience. Please, provide any information about this topic through my email to: vijoza66919@***.com.

Damaged package received today
My original package from your facility must have gotten damaged and UPS repackaged it and then it got damaged even more by heavy package and all 15 of the vitamin E sticks were damaged and broken!!

2-Day Shipping is not an option???
I've been a Puritan's Pride consumer for over 20 years. I try to order in the cooler months.
However, timing this year has pushed my order into the month of August. It is between 105 to 108 degrees in the area of California where I live. I called customer service to ask if I could pay for 2-day shipping for my order on the website. I was told that this is not an option.
If a customer is wanting to pay for shipping, I don't understand why this is not an option/available?
To purchase over $100 in vitamins and have the order sitting in trucks between New York to California for 7-10 days in this high heat is not acceptable. Especially when on the label of each Puritan's Pride product it say, "store at room temperature".

Verified ReviewerDifficulty getting a refund
I am trying to get a refund for an order in the amount of $20.74. I was not able to use the product and returned it with an explanation that I would accept a credit on a future order or a refund.
There was no response. I emailed Pissed Consumer and Puritans Pride responded asking for a tracking number. I supplied that. They confirmed that the package was received and a refund would be posted in a few days.
It was not. . Since then I have called and emailed and can not get a resolution. I have been put on hold, went through a menu, and a musical interlude only to find the person who responded could not help, and when the call was transferred it immediately dropped.
I have dealt with this company for a long time and I have never had to return a product. Very disappointing.

So consumers are fooled coz company rejects all bad reviews.
That is disgusting &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; deceiving to customers . Are we so stupid to buy from puritan pride vitamins. Buyer Beware!

Poor service by the post office in the delivery of my order
Sending it UPS to the Post Office does not work for medications. They delivered it at 11:45 and I went and got it notified and went right

I live in the UK and have ordered from you for many years.
Now, however, I cannot see a option for delivery to the UK on the drop down menu (or Great Britain, or England or any other name you can think of.

The company has refused to refund my money into my accounts. They are asking me to collect the refund from ups who i have no business with.
The package got misplaced in transit since November. I have called several times and all that they are saying is they are investigating.
All indications showing i have not received the package. Refund my money and deal with ups.
